Duties: Cleaning common areas of apartments- sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning glass, cleaning elevators, cleaning laundry rooms, picking up garbage, empty garbage cans, dusting, and other miscellaneous duties, move in and move out cleaning

Preference is to somebody who has 1+ year experience doing this type of cleaning

This position is to go with current cleaning lady. Must be able to drive a company vehicle and be available 7 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday

Should have a keen eye for detail, be very reliable, and work well under pressure
