Excited to share an update on our latest 6-storey multifamily residential project at the corner of 134 St & 96 Ave in BC, combining three existing lots.

The development will feature:
• 60 rental residential units with individual entrances and patios
• Rooftop outdoor amenities with adult & kids’ zones
• Thoughtful massing and façade articulation to enhance the streetscape

Recent update!
Our commercial building project has received a council approval to move forward.

Located at the industrial zone in City of Surrey. The proposed project is a 5-storey office and retail building. From a lens of urban experience, the proposal acts as a transition between form and function, of the urban and industrial land uses, providing a mix of employment-generating opportunities.

It’s well-serviced by R1 Rapidbus and route 324, with retail at street level, offices on the above level with public amenity on the roof top, the development is envisioned to support local economy, enhance public experience and generate employment.

Base of the building contributes to the quality of the pedestrian environment through form and material articulation, for active frontage the CRU units are for store frontages and flexible space.

I’m thrilled to share that Jariwala has officially become a licensed Architect with the AIBC! Another feather in the hat for our team as this talented friend and colleague achieves this fantastic milestone—a true testament to her dedication, talent, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

With 13 years of professional experience, Twisa began her Canadian architecture journey in 2019 through the IAP program, developing the technical and leadership skills necessary for registration. From her early days as a junior intern architect to now leading projects, she has contributed to a diverse range of work—from daycares and single-family residences to complex mixed-use, commercial, and hospital projects.

What sets Twisa apart is her versatile design approach, attention to detail, and commitment to innovation. She embodies Charles Correa’s belief: “Architecture is not a cover-up. It’s an extension of who you are and what you believe in.” Her passion, integrity, and focus on sustainable design reflects in every project.

Collaboration is at the heart of her work. We are thrilled to be designing the 6-storey multi-family residential building on 100th Avenue in Surrey, BC. It features 110 units within 85,644 square feet of built-up area. The building also includes outdoor and indoor amenity spaces, as well as a substantial bike storage facility. To accommodate the site's unique topography and respect the tree protection zones (TPZ), the building's design was innovated.
