Good wayfinding doesn't fight the brand, it works with it 🫡

At this Dunsmuir office project, we textured, brushed, and detailed every sign to stay true to the building's aesthetic, so function never looked like an afterthought.

This is what we do: take a rendering and figure out how to make it real.

brought us the vision for Pender Place's lit signage, a digital concept with a look and a feeling attached to it.

Our team built shop drawings to answer all of that, then took it into the shop: MDF boxes, latex finish, diffused acrylic faces glowing from warm light underneath.

Stair signage isn't just code compliance. Done right, it's a wayfinding tool that works by touch when visibility won't.

Tactile numbers, placed right by the handle, designed to blend with your brand instead of looking like an afterthought.

A presentation centre's job: sell a feeling before the building exists.

At Terrain, the map wall tells the Squamish story before the tour even starts. The stone desk sets the tone the second you walk in.

A developer came to us wanting wayfinding that felt like part of the architecture.

So we matched their fonts, matched their paint colours, and built unit numbers with welded accents instead of flat panels.

Our favourite piece: the level signs. Every floor gets an added layer that sits a little higher than the one below it, so the sign itself becomes a quiet visual cue for how high up you are.

New addition to the shop: a Mimaki flatbed printer!

It prints dimensional pieces directly onto the substrate, adding texture straight into the material instead of layering it on after the fact.

🚨 The catch: one speck of dust mid-print can ruin the whole piece. So we built it a sealed room, keeping dust away from the print surface so every run comes out clean.

What's the first thing a buyer sees before they even reach the door? For Stirling Block, we wanted it to be this: fluted panels, a clean arched face, and lettering with real depth. Presentation centre signage should sell the vision, not just point the way.

Our new sleep playlist: fabrication noises.

90% of this reception desk gets built right here before it ever reaches the job site.

We measure on-site, then come back to cut every panel on the CNC and assemble almost the whole thing in-shop. It shows up ready to install, not a pile of parts.

You step off the elevator onto your floor. Instead of a blank wall and a laminated paper sign, you're met with something that actually stops you for a second... layered chevron panels, millwork laminates pulled straight from the building's own finishes, brushed aluminum numbers pointing you exactly where to go.

You know where you are. And the building already feels like somewhere worth living.
