“How to Earn the Big Bucks and Become CEO of Your Business” (swipe for a few slides from the presentation)⁣

I used to loath public speaking, but I knew it was good for me, so I just did it. From conference presentations and webinars, to a 5 minute stand up comedy set, I eventually started to tolerate it. Now I can’t say I love it, but I do enjoy the challenge...even if I’m still hiding behind the podium haha. ⁣
⁣
One day I’ll make that big Tony Robbins running entrance and get the crowd all riled up. 😂🤣⁣

Okay no...that’s not my quite my style.⁣
⁣
My style is a low key, entrepreneurial mom of 3 who built a business that lets her live life on her own terms. And I love to empower others to achieve the lifestyle freedom they’re seeking. So thank you for blessing me with the opportunity to share. 🙏❤️⁣

to an unseasonably warm Minneapolis in October 2 years ago. 🍂 This is Tanya, one of my virtual assistants/project managers and I hope she never retires haha. ⁣

She’s the one who makes me look good, covers my butt when I mess things up and if she rolls her eyes at my last minute request and changes, I’d never know because well...she’s in Minnesota. 😉⁣

We’ve worked together so long, we don’t always have to communicate. She pays attention to the things I do and just incorporates the changes into our operating procedures. And she intuitively sees where we can be doing things better and puts those ideas into place. ⁣

If you’re a business owner, get yourself a Tanya. When you’re so bogged down in a the little details of your business, you don’t have time or the mind space to focus on your growth. Start by letting go, one task a time and see how much your business grows each time you do. ⁣

By the way, I’m so high maintenance, I need two of these women. I’ll tell you the story of Melody if she ever agrees to come in front of a camera. 🤣⁣

How I look the day before a product launch.⁣
⁣
That’s me, right before surgery the other day and about 36 hours before a product launch. It wasn’t serious surgery, so don’t worry about me, but there were some unknowns. Going in, I had no idea if it would be day surgery or full surgery with weeks of recovery. It all turned out for the best and I’m hoping to be back on my feet soon. 💪 ⁣
⁣
But I share this photo because of the product launch. You may have heard me say, “Never change your launch date, change your to do list,” and obviously, I freaking mean it. 😝⁣
⁣
The launch was already planned when I got my surgery date, but I knew my team could handle it and any of the stuff I needed to do, I could prepare ahead of time. And that’s what I did.⁣
⁣
Of course, this team took time to develop and I send special thanks to the front line at Publish for Prosperity...Melody Spier, .me and ⁣
⁣
Building a team is always time and money worth spent. Every dollar you use to grow your competent team ends up making you more money as you free up your time, reduce your stress and are better able to focus on more high level tasks in your business. ⁣

And why yes, that is a Pokémon backpack behind me. My daughter said she was too old for it, so we swapped and I use it proudly. 😉⁣

Anyway, if you want to keep the momentum in your business and serve your customers best...⁣

Together again. ❤️ They'll always be my babies and I miss them terribly when they're gone. It's not easy being a 50/50 parent and I know it's definitely not easy being a 50/50 kid...but what a blessing for them to have their Dad so involved in their lives.⁣

I wish more dads would want this and more moms would allow this. Parents may not stay together...but families are forever. ❤️❤️❤️⁣
