Late yesterday we had electrical trouble with our bottle machine. This morning I was able to contact one of our longtime customers Fieldstone Energy and they were able to come right away and diagnose the issue and get us up and running again with no downtime or loss of production. Thank you!

One question we get almost daily is why does the water come out of my RO tap so slow? Or why can I only get one glass of water before the water flow stops? The answer quite often is low pressure in the storage tank. It can be caused by other issues but this is the first place to start.
