Getting paid shouldn’t be the hardest part of running a business — but for many entrepreneurs, it is. This practical workshop takes a clear, straightforward look at accounts receivable, credit, and collections. You’ll learn how to set strong A/R and credit policies, decide when to extend credit or require deposits, and determine when payment terms should be included in a contract.
