Meet the Team: Mary Frances! 🌟

Three years ago, Mary Frances joined us right after returning from maternity leave, jumping in at our front desk customer service team. Today, she’s a core force behind our daily operations—fully dispatching our fleet and keeping our social media channels buzzing!

Mary Frances loves being right in the thick of the action, and keeping up with our drivers every single day definitely keeps her on her toes. We’re so lucky to have her on the team!

Every successful team has a heartbeat, and for nearly three decades, Debbie has been one of ours.
Her story with us began back in January 1997, taking on seasonal work—reconciling envelopes, organizing delivery tickets, and making sure the small details were always taken care of.

As time went on, her dedication led her to Scotia Propane, where she stepped into the role of full-time Propane Specialist.

Today, Debbie continues to be a cornerstone of our daily operations. From managing driver delivery loads and staying in constant communication with our crew, to keeping permits and work orders seamlessly in order, she holds everything together with quiet strength and unwavering reliability.

When asked why she’s chosen to call Sydco home for almost 30 years, Debbie says it comes down to a job she truly loves, the people she shares it with, and the warm, family-centered culture that has embraced her every step of the way.

Debbie, thank you for nearly 30 years of devotion, kindness, and hard work. You aren't just an asset to our day-to-day operations—you are a deeply valued part of our family. 💙👏
