At Logic, we introduced an Invest in Yourself Day: a fully paid day off with no expectations, no meetings, and no work. Just time to do something that matters to you. As we celebrate six years of Logic Executive Search & Workplace Solutions, we've been taking stock of how far we've come. From the services we've built, the expertise we've grown, the relationships we've earned, and the careers we've helped shape along the way. Here in Windsor-Essex and across Ontario, there's a lot to celebrate. Here are six things we're especially proud of.

Expanding Our Services: We proudly launched Logic Employment Services, our general labour staffing division. It's a natural extension of what we've always done with matching great people with great employers. This new division now lets us support even more businesses' staffing needs while creating new employment opportunities across our community.

Growing Our Team & Expertise: We believe that continuous learning makes us better partners to every client and candidate we serve. This year, Emily Shani earned her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation through ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services) - a reflection of her deepening commitment to the recruitment and staffing profession. We're also proud to celebrate Angelo, who recently earned his Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) through Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada and Jennifer who recently joined the ACSESS National Board of Directors. Alongside these achievements, we've added new team members to support our fast-growing general labour division, and we've launched an Advisory Board of Directors made up of industry leaders that directly benefit our clients and candidates.
