Cognitive assessment of patients level of awareness, memory and any behavioural changes. Remove all linens from bed for washing than remake bed. Assist client with getting in and out of tub, washing hair, bathing grooming and any

other personal hygiene needs. All other laundry including washing, drying, folding and putting away clothing and towels. Cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down kitchen and washroom surfaces. Assistance with meal planning, food preparation, cooking and groceries. Obtaining and recording vital signs including Blood Pressure, Pulse, Respirations, Oxygen levels, Temperature and glucose monitoring. Provide assistance with medication management. Collecting mail, putting out garbage and recycling.
