Business Talk live series– Episode 80

“What attracted me was that I didn’t need previous business experience to get started, and I could learn and grow at my own pace.” Our guest, Gitu Diwan from Norway, shared how life took her to this business where family responsibilities changed her plans.

She said ”I started upgrading myself. I worked on improving my English, applied for different jobs, and also pursued nursing. However, my nursing qualification has not been approved yet, and despite my efforts, I wasn’t able to find the right job. This period was quite frustrating and made me question what I could do next.”

Then she discovered the world of online business. She decided to invest her time in exploring this opportunity and eventually joined the business. It has now been one year, and this journey has helped her grow professionally, learn new skills, build confidence, and step outside her comfort zone.

Sometimes, the biggest mistake we make is saying “no” before we fully understand an opportunity.

In Episode 79 of Business Talk Series, we had the privilege of speaking with our mentee, Sunita Sharma from the UK.

From working multiple jobs, long 10–12 hour days, running a beauty salon, and pursuing mindset training, she knew she wanted something that offered more flexibility and freedom.

Instead of staying stuck, she explored a new opportunity, learned about it, and took one step at a time.
