We will always strive to restore or preserve the water resistant/proof nature of your device. However, it is impossible to ensure every gap is perfectly sealed. In our experience, even the most water proof phones have experiences water damage from the factory. We do not offer warranty on any liquid damage after repair. SHIPPING AND OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS
If you are shipping your phone to me, please contact me before you ship it. I charge 20$ for return shipping via Canada post. Every effort will be made to ship out completed phones within 24 hours of repair. PAYMENT
Cracked Glass Phone Repair accepts cash, email money transfers, debit, credit and Paypal. Payment will be required before shipping any units back. WARRANTY
Cracked Glass Phone Repair will warranty all parts for 90 days from the date of installation. If you have any problems with the parts installed on your phone/ipod, I will replace them at no cost. UNPAID FOR and ABANDONED ITEMS
Any devices left unpaid after 30 days of completed work notification will be subject to a 10% storage fee. Any item left or unpaid after 90 days after repaired notification will be disposed of at my discretion. Most items will be sold or stripped for parts. At least once every 30 days, and I will wait as long as reasonable so you can get your item back. REFURBISHING AND RESELLING
If you have an old Iphone, Ipod or other smartphone that you no longer want, please contact me for pricing. Any refurbished items currently available will be posted on my Facebook, Instagram and website. This changes often, so if you’re not seeing something that you’re interested in, please message me for my current stock.
