Ever wonder how those giant bus graphics work? 🚌

This bus wrap was printed by one of our amazing suppliers and it's pretty cool to see up close. The centre section is printed on perforated window vinyl, which means people inside the bus can still see out while everyone outside sees a full-colour advertisement. The solid sections at the top are designed to cover the metal panels of the bus, creating one seamless graphic.

Bus advertising turns an everyday vehicle into a mobile billboard, putting your brand in front of thousands of people every single day. It's a great option for promoting a business, event, fundraiser, or community campaign.

Ever wonder how a logo makes its way onto a screen before the printing even begins?

This video shows one of the behind-the-scenes steps: creating the screen itself! First, the artwork is applied to the coated screen, then it's washed out to reveal the design, and finally it's sent through the dryer to get ready for production.

It's a little bit science, a little bit art, and oddly satisfying to watch. 👀

Most people only see the finished product. We love showing the steps that happen long before the ink hits the item!

One golf ball. One logo. Repeat hundreds (or thousands) of times. ⛳

This is pad printing in action. A golf ball is placed onto the fixture, the pad picks up ink from the etched plate, transfers the logo onto the curved surface, and then the ball is carefully set aside to dry before being packaged and shipped.

It's a process that combines precision machinery with a human touch. The machine applies the logo in exactly the right spot, while the operator keeps everything moving smoothly and checks for quality along the way.

Simple to watch. Surprisingly satisfying. And it's how those custom golf balls for tournaments, charity events, corporate gifts, and giveaways come to life.

Think screen printing starts with ink? Not quite.

Before a new design can be printed, the screens from previous jobs need to be cleaned and reclaimed. The old stencil is removed, the mesh is inspected, and the screen is prepared for its next project.

Why reuse them? Because these screens are built to last. Reclaiming them saves materials, reduces waste, and allows printers to keep a wide variety of screen sizes ready for everything from small logos to large artwork. Imagine if every screen used was kept... How big would the storage need to be?

Watching rows of screens being cleaned might not sound exciting, but it's one of those behind-the-scenes steps that keeps the entire screen printing process moving efficiently.

This view gives you a bird's-eye look at one of our supplier's production facilities. From the manufacturing floor to a warehouse packed floor-to-ceiling with inventory, there's over 20,000 square feet dedicated to keeping projects organized, protected, and ready for production.

It's easy to focus on the finished award, sign, or promotional item, but there's a lot happening behind the scenes to make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

And honestly... there's something pretty impressive about seeing row after row of products stacked all the way to the ceiling. 📦🏆
