Last year Harbour Metals Recycling held our second annual golf tournament.

On May 17th 2023, we lost one of our valued employees, Scott McNaughton. He was an outstanding equipment operator and overall employee and is dearly missed by our whole team, his family, and friends. Scott attended our first ever golf tournament in 2022 and brought so much of his laughter and outstanding personality to the event. We look forward to continuing the tournament every year in his memory.

We will be holding this year’s annual golf tournament on July 06th at Centennial Pines. We will be raising money for the Scott McNaughton Memorial Foundation. This foundation will distribute funds towards mental health supports in Thunder Bay such as the Jaida Project.

The Scott McNaughton Memorial Foundation will also raise funds to help sponsor youth involvement in the trades through an award competition for secondary school students. Scott had a great love for carpentry, and we hope to carry on his love for it through this award.
