ADU- Carriage House, currently under construction!

384 sq.ft. 2-storey: 1 Bedroom additional dwelling unit above legally separated residential garage, c/w:

Rough-in for future 1 bedroom in ground floor garage.

South-facing roof slope shaped for future solar panel installation and solar shading for 2nd floor.

2nd floor cathedral ceiling and peak venting window unit to promote stack effect cooling.

Once complete we are hoping to clad this in local pine, with natural pine tar and linseed oil preservative.

I'm excited to be working on one of my largest projects to date!
