Had a fella pickup an order at Swiss Chalet tonight. I offered him a pop while he waited for his order. It was an interesting moment as he said thank you to me and I said to him.. If everyone just did one nice gesture a day for no intention of return or personal gain, it would be a better place. He says to me that he was just listening to a podcast on giving and gratitude with no reward. He looks at me and says, "kindred spirits man". We were just kinda taken by that moment and really just speechless.
