The property will consist on one level, the roads will not have curbs or any stairs or elevators for the elderly. It will have easy access to everything. The community will be gated for the safety of the people, to make them feel safe even if they are alone. For the safety inside the condos we will produce a help button for when you get injured in even the slightest way a on call nurse will rush t

o your condo. The community will offer places like a grocery store, a post office, a hospital, a fire hall, a police station, a bank, a drug store, a department store that will sell anything like walmart. All of the stores in the community will be privately owned by the landowner of the green acres retirement community. I think this the innovation of this community will satisfy the needs of the elderly and the young families of the elderly. The people living in the community will feel safe and secure but have the luxury of the flat ground if they want to go anywhere it will not a hassle for a walker or wheel chair. If you need something every store offers delivery to your condo. It will be nice for the younger families of the elderly (kids of the customers) because they will know their parents are in good hands.
