A few people have asked about helping with meals for Nicole and the kids.

We’ve set up a Meal Train to help coordinate dinners and practical support over the coming weeks. If providing a meal, takeout, groceries, or a gift card is something you’d like to do, you can sign up below.

Many of you have seen the heartbreaking news of the passing of Wesley Lang.

Wes was a devoted father, partner, son, brother, and friend. One thing that was always clear was how deeply he loved his family. He spoke about Nicole and the kids with so much pride, and anyone who knew him could see they were the center of his world.

Nicole is one of the hardest working, most dedicated people I know, and she is now navigating an unimaginable loss while continuing to care for her family.

Many people have been asking how they can help. With Nicole’s permission, a GoFundMe has been created to help support her and the children during this difficult time.

If you are able to donate, share, or simply keep Nicole, Bentley, Lakelin, Rosie, and their loved ones in your thoughts, it would be greatly appreciated.

We don't ask ourselves this enough.

Most of us spend the day powering through: work, kids, errands and we rarely stop to actually check in with the body underneath all of it.

So take a second. Drop your shoulders. Soften your jaw. Take one real breath.

What's the first thing that comes up?

Your sleeping position totally affects your back pain, but the 'perfect' position is different for everyone! 😴

1. Everyone is different. Try a pillow between your knees if you're a side sleeper, or under your knees if you sleep on your back. See what feels better for YOUR body.

2. The best sleep is a full night's rest. Create a wind-down routine. Even 10 minutes of gentle stretching before bed can help your body relax.

3. Mind your joints. Notice if you wake up stiff in the same spots. That's your body telling you something needs attention.

If sleep issues are affecting your pain levels, osteopathy can help address the underlying tension and restrictions that might be keeping you uncomfortable at night. Sometimes it's not about the position - it's about helping your body actually relax!

I know, plot twist, right? We always think core = abs, but your shoulder blades actually need to be stable and strong to support literally everything your arms do. So if your shoulders feel off or your upper back is cranky, strengthening that whole area might be the missing piece!

Okay, real talk: we've all been there trying to remember to sit up straight all day, right? 😅 But here's the thing: your body actually just wants to MOVE.

Those little stretch breaks, getting up from your desk, even just shifting positions - that's what really makes the difference. Your posture will thank you way more for a good stretch than for holding that 'perfect' position all day!
