🚨 WE’RE HIRING – PARTS TECHNICIAN 🚨
📍 Timmins, Ontario | Full-Time
C.J. Equipment Sales & Service is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Technician to join our team!
This position plays an important role in supporting our customers, technicians, and service department by identifying and sourcing the right parts, managing orders and inventory, and helping keep our operation moving efficiently.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing parts
• Use parts manuals, diagrams, electronic catalogues, and manufacturer resources to identify components
• Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, and purchase orders
• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts
• Order parts from suppliers and follow up on backorders and deliveries
• Provide customers with parts pricing and availability
• Coordinate parts requirements with our Service Department
• Assist with warranty parts and returns when required
• Maintain a clean and organized Parts Department
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
✔ Good computer skills and ability to learn parts and inventory systems
✔ Ability to accurately identify parts and equipment components
✔ Previous parts experience in heavy equipment, automotive, truck & coach, or industrial equipment is an asset
✔ Mechanical knowledge or experience is considered an asset
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Valid driver’s licence is an asset
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your industry knowledge
