Discovery continues to strengthen its position in the Timmins mining camp.

We are pleased to announce an agreement to acquire strategic mineral properties adjacent to the Dome Mine from McEwen Inc., expanding our land package and supporting our long-term vision to significantly grow gold production in Timmins. The transaction provides additional exploration upside and land that could support future processing and tailings infrastructure as we advance plans for large-scale production from the Dome Mine.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honor the survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and recognize the lasting impacts the residential school system has had on Indigenous Peoples, families, and communities across Canada.

This day serves as an opportunity to reflect on our shared history, listen to the voices and experiences of survivors, and deepen our understanding of the ongoing journey toward truth and reconciliation. By continuing to learn and engage in meaningful dialogue, we can all play a part in fostering respect, healing, and stronger relationships.

At Discovery, we remain committed to learning, building respectful relationships, and supporting reconciliation within the communities where we live and work.

Every Child Matters.
