Our client had floor plans but was not completely confident in them. We were engaged to produce accurate and up-to-date As-Found conditions. Just five hours of laser scanning to capture approximately 3300 square feet of the space with just under 100 non-colourized scans (targetless). Just a day later and the floor plan was complete. We even assisted with some space planning, dodging columns along the way.
