We're looking for experienced operators with a strong background in hydrocarbon or marine terminal operations who are reliable and detail-oriented. Field Jetty Operators will manage critical terminal systems, oversee tanker loading and discharging, and ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental protocols.

Talent Tuesday - New Opportunity!

This week, we’re excited to share a new opportunity with our client, MEOPAR:

🔹 Program Manager – Marine Carbon Dioxide Removal (mCDR)

In June 2025, MEOPAR and the Carbon to Sea Initiative announced a new memorandum of understanding to jointly fund initiatives to advance ocean-based carbon dioxide removal (oCDR) research and development in Canada. This partnership results in the joint investment of $4 million CAD to support innovative oCDR and Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement (OAE) research, development, and demonstration projects across Canada — beginning with projects based in Nova Scotia. Together, MEOPAR and Carbon to Sea will fund critical, science-based research that addresses urgent, key questions around oCDR — including its long-term viability, environmental safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Leading mCDR research programs and adapting to evolving program portfolios.
• Maintaining strong relationships with funding partners, such as the Carbon to Sea Initiative.
• Fostering teamwork and driving effective leadership and collaboration.
• Overseeing program evaluation, selection, and proposal quality.
• Managing program delivery from setup to reporting.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance.
