Today marks 5 years since I said YES to this journey.

Five years of building a business from 5 - 9 while working my 9 - 5. Five years of learning, growing, starting over, doubting myself, believing again… and yes, after starting and stopping 5 businesses before this one.

Some days, it feels like I’m crawling.
Some days, the energy is through the roof.

But one thing I know for sure: I am grateful.

Grateful for the people who have walked this journey with me. My friend and coach Ioana, my mentor Margarita, my business partner Lidia and her amazing team, and my business partner Carmen. This business is easier when you don’t do life alone.

Could I compare my progress to others in this community?
Sure.
But I won’t.

Because there is no other Christina. No one else building this while balancing a full-time job, life, family, and learning along the way.

Everyone is on their own path and their own timeline.

So today, I celebrate 5 years of not giving up.
Of growing, even when it felt slow.
Of showing up, even when it wasn’t perfect.

And one lesson I’ve learned?

Never quit on a bad day.
Because the person you are meant to help tomorrow may be the reason you keep going today.

Most people who are not seeing results in their business are not working less than the people who are.
They are working divided.
A little time here. A little energy there. Multiple directions running simultaneously, each one getting a fraction of what it would need to actually move forward. And then the frustration of putting in the hours and watching nothing compound the way it should.
Divided focus does not produce divided results. It produces almost no results at all. Because building anything real requires a threshold of consistent, concentrated effort that split attention can never reach regardless of how many hours go into it.
I made a decision that changed how I approach this completely.
My nine to five gets 100% of me during those hours. Full presence for the commitment I made there.
My digital business gets 100% of me from five to nine. Not what is left over after everything else. Not the tired, distracted version that showed up after a day of being pulled in multiple directions. The full version. The decided version. The one that treats those hours as seriously as the ones that came before them.
That is not balance. That is intentional separation. And it is the difference between building something and staying busy while nothing grows.
One business.

100% from five to nine beats 50% from five to nine every single time.
Not because the hours are longer.
Because the focus is undivided.
That is the only math that matters when you are building something real.

I used to think I could run multiple businesses at the same time.
A little of this. A little of that. Cover all the bases.
What I actually did was split my focus, my energy, and my results right down the middle.
If you give 100% to two businesses, you are still only giving 50% to each one. There is no such thing as two full efforts. There is only divided attention dressed up as hustle.
Here is how I think about it now.
During my nine to five, I am 100% present. Fully in. That time belongs to what I committed to and it gets everything I have.
From five to nine, I am 100% present in my digital business. Fully in. Nothing else exists during those hours either. That time belongs to what I am building and it gets everything I have.
Two different commitments. Both getting 100%. That is only possible because I stopped trying to spread that energy across multiple directions at the same time.
If I had two businesses running from five to nine, neither one would have gotten 100%. The math does not work any other way. Divided attention produces divided results regardless of how hard you feel like you are working.
The moment I stopped spreading myself across multiple opportunities and went all in on one, things started shifting. Not because the business changed. Because I did.
Focus is not a strategy. Focus is the whole game.

I want you to think about someone specific for a moment.
Not a vague someone. A real person. Someone whose name came to mind before you finished reading that sentence.
The person who is always looking for a smarter way to do things. The one who talks about wanting more but has not yet found the model that fits. The one who is disciplined, resourceful, and completely capable of building something significant but is currently putting all of that energy into something that does not belong to them.
You know someone like that. Most people know several.
The reason I am asking you to think about them specifically is because one of the most underestimated things you can do for someone you believe in is show them something they have not seen yet. Not push them toward it. Not convince them. Just show them. Put something in front of them that opens a door they did not know was there and let them decide what to do with it.
That is all a tag is. A door.
The person you tag does not have to be ready. They do not have to be actively looking. They do not have to have been thinking about digital business or online income or building something of their own. They just have to be someone whose potential you recognize and whose current situation you know is not the ceiling of what they are capable of.
Think about the person who left a corporate career and has not found the right landing place yet. The one who tried a business that did not fit and walked away from it carrying more lessons than they realize. The one who is showing up every day inside someone else's structure giving everything they have and getting back a fraction of what that contribution is actually worth.
That person does not need a sales pitch. They need someone who believes in them enough to say I saw this and I thought of you. That is it. That is the whole ask.
The digital business model I operate in was not built for a specific type of person. It was built for the person who is serious. Serious about building income that belongs to them. Serious about learning a skill set that compounds over time. Serious about operating inside a community that holds a standard most people have never experienced inside a business before.
If the person you are thinking about right now is that kind of serious, they deserve to know this exists.
Tag them below. Because you thought of them for a reason and that reason is worth acting on.
