Earlier this month we worked with the Faulhaber team to match their campaign needs with the right real estate for their RoC Skincare pop-up activation. Toronto’s 45 Ossington event space fit the perfect space, demographic, street & pedestrian traffic and fashion co-tenancies.

The RoC 3-Minute Clinic Pop-Up allowed visitors to step inside a futuristic, clinic-inspired space. Entry was free and complimentary products were available for all.

This quarter marks a major milestone for The Ancillary Agency: five (official) years of building smarter, more dynamic ancillary revenue and specialty leasing programs across Canada and beyond.

What started as a focused vision, (and a pandemic corporate restructuring in our founder’s past life), has grown into a national specialty leasing platform trusted by some of the largest commercial real estate owners and managers in the country.

Today, we’re proud to be:

The Ancillary Agency is thrilled to share the incredible results from our 2024-2025 fiscal year.

• We generated over $6.4 million in ancillary revenue for our landlord clients, a staggering 92% increase over the previous year.
• Cumulatively, we've now secured over $10.5 million in ancillary revenue for clients over the last four years.
• Our team closed 99 transactions (averaging 8-10 deals a month), marking a 72% increase in volume.

The momentum continues! With complex, high-value projects in the pipeline, we have approximately a dozen major projects scheduled annually for the next four years.
