More ad spend won't fix a follow-up problem.

Every service sector has the same issue: money goes out on lead acquisition, leads come in, half of them go cold. Nobody follows up. The team is flat out.

That's not a marketing problem. That's a capacity problem.

And capacity problems have systems solutions.

I sat through a "masterclass" tonight.

Over 100 people in the room. Seventy-five percent Canadian. Unbranded slides. Basement backdrop. A guy on screen explaining how AI is going to replace over a million receptionists in the next couple of years — and how to capitalize on it.

He wasn't wrong about the number.

But I sat there waiting for the second half of the conversation. The part where someone asks: what happens to the million?

It never came.

The whole thing was a roadmap for business owners to automate away a human being and pocket the difference. No mention of the receptionist who's been at that front desk for 11 years. No mention of the single mom who took that job because the hours worked around school pickup. No mention of the person who's genuinely good at what they do — and is about to watch it disappear while someone in a basement sells a course on how to speed that up.

Then — five minutes before the end — he had four registrants.
Suddenly there were only three spots left.

I've seen better pressure tactics at a carnival. And people sent him money. Actual money. Because they can feel the shift coming and they're scared, and scared people grab the first hand that reaches out — even if it's coming from a basement with no branding and a countdown clock that didn't quite add up.

I left angry. Twice over.

Angry at the circus. Angrier at the gap it exposed.

Because here's what I didn't hear tonight — and what I think actually matters:

If you know AI is coming for a category of work, you have two choices. You can sell the shovel to the people doing the digging. Or you can hand the person about to lose their job a map to somewhere better — before the sun comes up on the day they need it.

What I'm building toward is a training pathway. Tied to an academic institution. Accessible online. Built for the person who works all day and studies at night because they can see what's coming and they refuse to wait for it to land on them.

AI literacy. Automation fundamentals. How to move from being replaced by a system to being the person who runs one.

Ontario Works is already in the conversation. The framework exists. What's missing is someone who gives enough of a damn to build the bridge instead of just selling tickets to watch it burn.

My Elite workbook alone is sitting close to $2,000 in value. Not because I priced it to impress anyone — because I've tried helping people close to me who were in real trouble, and I learned fast that you can't carry that weight alone without the right structure underneath you.

So I'm building the structure.

The guy tonight had a room full of Canadians nodding along at $10,000-a-month promises and a fake scarcity clock.

I kept thinking about the receptionist.
She deserves better than an afterthought.

If you got this far — drop a comment. I'll pay attention when I can. Things are chaotic as usual.
Peace.

I couldn't go back to work after the injury. So I built the work.

Three years ago I lost the ability to do physical labor. Drone inspections. Construction. Heavy trades. Gone.

I spent 18 months applying for jobs. Got rejected by all of them.

So I stopped asking permission.

I built something that runs without requiring me to be physically present — AI systems that reactivate the leads already sitting in a business's CRM while the owner is out doing the actual work.

If you're a business owner grinding with no end in sight — this page is for you.

> You're not losing clients. You're losing follow-up.

The math nobody runs: count every lead from the last 2 years that didn't book. Multiply by your average job value.

In any service business — trades, aesthetics, finance, wellness — that number sits between $50K and $500K. Paid for. Named. Already in your system. Just untouched.

At 8% reactivation: that's $40–$100K recovered. No new ad spend.

What does yours look like?

Drop a 🔥 and I'll show you how to run it.

Three years ago a workplace injury ended my ability to do physical work.

Drone inspections. Construction. Dangerous trades. All of it — gone overnight.

I'd built something real. And I watched it stop working because I couldn't.

That's when I started asking a different question:

What if the business ran whether I could show up or not?

That question became Zero Limits. AI-driven lead reactivation — recovering dormant revenue from CRMs that business owners are too busy to touch.

I didn't build this because I'm a tech guy. I built it because I know what it costs when everything depends on you being physically present.

If you're a trade business owner grinding on that same hamster wheel — this page is for you.

Most businesses are buying new leads while ignoring the ones who already raised their hand.

Dead leads aren't dead. They're just waiting for the right message at the right time.

We built a system that finds them, qualifies them, and reactivates them — automatically.

No cold lists. No spray and pray. Just your own pipeline, working again.

DM "REACTIVATE" and I'll show you what's sitting in yours.

The follow-up you didn't send cost you the deal.

Not the price. Not the competition.

The silence after the first touch.

We automate the follow-up sequence so nothing goes cold.

5 touches. 10 days. Every prospect. Zero manual effort.

If your pipeline has gone quiet, the problem isn't leads.

It's the system between hello and yes.

Drop a comment with your industry and I'll tell you what touch sequence we'd run for you.

Let's get moving and get you out of the grind and actually living! No more late nights, missing your kids, cold dinners. I can help get you home for dinner. DM me if you want to talk and we can book a call!

Here's a little of my story: I applied to over 100 jobs after my injury.
Got rejected by every single one.
Not once. Not a handful of times. Every. Single. One.
For a year and a half I sent applications, waited, and watched doors close. I'd spent years in dangerous trades — drone inspections, construction, work that required you to show up physically and grind. And then overnight, I couldn't.
The world I knew how to operate in didn't want me anymore.
So I stopped asking permission. Leave a comment to learn more.
