Hey everyone! My name is Joanna Cao and I am a student at Queen's University. Some may know me as the local student who runs a painting and staining business here in the Beaches, East York, Leslieville, and the surrounding areas. As a local I have spent many summers around the Beaches and have made a great group of friends. This summer I will be running my business locally, with the help of local students, to produce work throughout the community.

This summer me and my team are looking to take on more projects including the following:
- Interior walls, trim, doors, ceilings, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, etc
- Exterior siding: wood, aluminum, cedar shakes, brick, vinyl, etc
- Decks and fences: Powerwashing, sanding, staining and painting
- And SO MUCH MORE!!!

This summer I am employing around a dozen local university and college students who have more work ethic than you see nowadays with kids and many of them may have knocked on your doors over the winter.

My business provides the following:
1. A 3 year warranty on blistering, bubbling, flaking, peeling, etc
2. $5 million in liability insurance
3. Full WSIB
4. Working at heights
5. Contributes $10 from each project to the MS society
6. A chance to work with hardworking people

I am booking up jobs for the 2025 summer and am offering a 10% discount to anyone who books early.
