To capitalize on the growing hair care market, collaborated with Park Creative Studio to create an immersive in-store experience that would cement its position as the premier destination for hair styling products. Drawing inspiration from the lively energy of a Parisian marketplace and the chic vibe of a beauty salon, we transformed Sephora’s retail spaces across Canada into a “Hot Summer Hair Market.” This pop-up was crafted to showcase Sephora’s wide range of high-performance hair styling products, making it easy for clients to discover and experiment with trending hairstyles in an engaging, hands-on environment.⁠

Introducing the NEW Fan Fest Mascara retail pop-ups at Sephora by Benefit Cosmetics.⁠

Benefit Cosmetics, the renowned feel-good brand celebrated for its vibrant pink universe and a mission to infuse beauty with laughter and fun, collaborated with Park Creative Studio to introduce their latest product masterpiece: Fan Fest Mascara. Together, we carefully conceptualized, designed, and constructed 8 FAN-tastic retail pop-ups across Canada to help tell the story of how this product amplifies volume and multiplies the look of lashes. ⁠

These pop-ups not only helped elevate Benefit's brand awareness but also encouraged Sephora shoppers to embark on a journey through a psychedelic lash FAN-tasy. These immersive spaces invited people to discover, play, and get a little lost amongst funhouse-style mirrors, loud graphics, oversized product replicas, and more. In the end, transforming each visitor into the unrivalled #1 FAN of Benefit's latest release.⁠

Project Overview:⁠

To launch the much-anticipated Airbrush Flawless Lip Blur in Canada, The Queen of Glow: Charlotte Tilbury, turned to Park Creative Studio for help building an immersive brand experience at 8 Sephora stores.⁠

Our mission? Achieve 3 objectives:⁠

1. Immerse customers in the vibrant, rose-gold-bright-light world of Charlotte Tilbury.⁠
2. Introduce them to the magic of the new Lip Blur collection.⁠
3. Enhance brand awareness and turbocharge sales through an engaging and self-driving pop-up space.⁠

The pop-up featured Hollywood-style vanity tables, striking images of Bella Hadid, large 3D product displays, and a highly custom wing infinity mirror reflecting the Lip Blur shades. It was everything you’d expect from Charlotte Tilbury and more.⁠

The final outcome was a pop-up shop that proved to be a major success at Sephora. It perfectly embodied the brand, resulting in increased sales for Lip Blur and setting a new (rose) gold standard for retail activations in the beauty industry.⁠

Project Overview:⁠

As a trendsetting, cruelty-free makeup brand, Too Faced wanted to create an immersive and Instagram-worthy shopping experience for Sephora customers to boost brand awareness, encourage product discovery, and drive sales.⁠

Our task? Design and build (8) month-long retail pop-up activations at select Sephora flagship locations throughout Canada that perfectly aligned with Too Faced's playful brand identity and business objectives.⁠

Taking inspiration from a whimsical garden, the pop-ups featured lush greenery, pink floral arrangements, and oversized garden-inspired elements that immediately capture the attention of Sephora shoppers. ⁠

As customers wandered through the space, winding paths decorated with pink hearts and topiary bunnies directed them to find Too Faced's best-selling products displayed on customized garden fixtures. From the Better-Than-Sex Mascara niche to the 3-tier Born This Way Foundation fountain and the Lip-Plumping urn station (which showcased the brand’s iconic 3D lips!), every element was designed to engage customers and encourage them to try a new product.⁠

The result? A highly successful, visually striking pop-up that seamlessly blended experiential marketing and visual merchandising in a fun retail environment.⁠

TULA has always been committed to inspiring confidence by taking a holistic approach to beauty, embracing skin positivity, and nourishing the body from the inside out. Their philosophy is straightforward: "Feed your skin only the good stuff." As a result, all of their skincare products are powered by nourishing probiotic extracts and hydrating superfoods.⁠

At the Sephora event, TULA's space was an undeniable standout, thanks to its exceptional use of vibrant brand colours, an illuminated table, and a carefully curated minimalist design. ⁠

Inspired by their best-selling 24-7 moisture cream and newly launched intense version, attendees were treated to an all-day skin hydration experience from the brand.⁠

Fly Pronto gives you complete control and freedom to travel the world on your own schedule.⁠

It’s true, booking a charter for a private jet used to feel exclusive and complicated, but now, with Fly Pronto on-board, everyone has access to private planes. All you have to do is say where and when you want to fly, and they'll handle the rest. From curb to tail, they take care of everything. From limo services to and from the airport, all the way to in-flight dining from your favourite restaurant—you can literally put yourself in airplane mode.⁠

The challenge was to create a brand identity and strategy for a new startup operating in the private aviation space whose customers indulge in the finer things in life and are typically surrounded by the best brands in the world. The design had three goals: fit seamlessly into the customer's lifestyle, stand out from the competition, and complement the client's luxury product line (private jets). We created everything from the brand identity and style guide, to the website, digital assets, copywriting and business collateral.⁠

The result? A modern and timeless design that embodies the brand's elegance, fly’s above the competition and appeals to its luxurious jetsetters.⁠

For the holiday season, Park was tasked with designing and building 8 high-end retail pop-up shops as well as 90 window display environments for all Sephora stores across Canada. ⁠

Our team developed a concept, strategy, and giant gift box design that could be adapted across all Sephora retail locations, scaled to each footprint, and allowed flexibility for product merchandising, messaging, and promotional signage (ie. Black Friday, Holiday, Gift Guide, Boxing Day, etc.). ⁠
