During Construction: proper start up protocols, site safety, project monitoring for quality and schedule, site reviews, control of contractor, invoice accuracy, expenses, and
Post-Construction: deficiencies, site turn over, warranty items, final payments. Project Management is a specialized craft: one that requires a delicate balance of personal sensitivity, technical expertise, and integrity, as well as a deep understanding of current construction techniques and an overview of the industry. House Calls Project Management’s competitive fee rate is calculated on an hourly basis.
