Curated Leadership attended the inaugural .womensnetwork Work the ROOM Summit, a gathering dedicated to exploring The Future of Women’s Leadership.

Our founder moderated a the Resilient Leadership panel focused on a vital question: How can we — and our companies — thrive during times of change and uncertainty?

She was joined by three powerhouse leaders who shared personal stories, strategic insights, and hard-earned wisdom:

We talked about:
✨ What resilient leadership means personally and professionally
✨ Trusting your gut and making tough decisions under pressure
✨ Navigating systems not designed for you and transforming them
✨ Unlearning imposter syndrome
✨ Seeing change not as a threat, but a chance to lead with purpose

Each panelist brought honesty, vulnerability, and clarity to the conversation. Whether it was launching a global business while raising eight children (Victoria), managing organizational change at scale (Elspeth), or unlearning limiting beliefs to lead with courage (Samra) — their stories were both inspiring and instructive.

Grateful for this room, this moment, and the brilliant women leaders who continue to lead with strength, strategy, and soul.
