💇‍♀️ Get a Free Blow-Out and Get Paid to Talk About It!

Love a good blow-dry day? Turn your next salon visit into a paid experience!

We're looking for women (ages 25–60) to visit select hair salons for a blow-dry/blow-out service and then share honest feedback about their visit. Here's how it works:

✨ Sign up for free on our shopper portal https://portal.shoppersconfidential.com
✨ Book an appointment at one of the listed salons
✨ Enjoy your blow-out and see what other products or services they suggest
✨ Note which styling products they use on your hair
✨ Tell us about your experience afterward

💰 Get reimbursed for your service (amount varies by location) PLUS earn a bonus of up to $75 for completing the visit!

📋 Who qualifies: This one's best for mid-length hair that doesn't need a specific treatment; so nothing too dry, too damaged, or too curly (no more than a 3A texture), and not too long or too short. (Hair that's too long may involve an extra cost, and hair that's too short may not qualify you for additional treatment add-ons.) There is more info on our shop posting to see if it is for you!

📍 Open locations include:

Newport Beach, CA (2 openings!)
Panama City, FL
Easton, PA (2 openings!)
Honolulu, HI
East Longmeadow, MA (2 openings!)
Manhattan, KS
Gig Harbor, WA (2 openings!)
Akron, OH
Hinsdale, IL
Portsmouth, NH
Hanover, NH (2 openings!)

It's the perfect excuse for some "me time," and you get paid for it. 💅

🛍️ Get Paid to Try On Clothes? Yes, please!

We are looking for women ages 18 to 55 to complete a fun, easy Mystery Shopping mission at a famous Australian women's clothing brand!

Whether you’re a fashion-forward student, a busy working professional, or a mom running weekend errands, if you love browsing and have a little free time, we want you!

💰 The Pay: $20 - $40 per visit (depending on location)
📍 The Locations: Vancouver & Burnaby, BC | Burlington & Niagara on the Lake, ON | Laval, QC

📋 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

When: Visit the store on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (just avoid the first and last 30 minutes of store hours).

The Task: Snap a quick photo of the window display, head inside, and pick out at least one item to try on.

27,000 customer reviews. 2,300+ store locations. One finding that should make every retail leader uncomfortable.

In the car parts and accessories industry, nearly three-quarters of all reviews are five stars. On the surface, that looks like a healthy customer experience. Underneath it, 72% of critical reviews receive no response at all — and the sharpest drop in customer sentiment happens exactly when brands need to perform most: returns, warranty, and issue resolution.

The June edition of Synergistic CX Magazine is out now.

This issue examines what it actually takes to build customer confidence in a sector driven entirely by urgency, technical knowledge, and trust. Featuring expert contributions from Julie Anthony, Founder & CEO of Shoppers Confidential — including her perspective on mystery shopping as a "pre-online review warning system" — and a benchmarking study by Kyla Broughton covering more than 5,300 franchise store evaluations.

Also inside: a feature on value perception and why customer dissatisfaction is rarely about price, and an Excellence in Practice look at how Nike serves diverse customer segments without diluting its brand identity.

Most franchise brands track customer feedback.
👉The question is: are you measuring what customers say happened, or what's actually happening in your locations?

Kyla Broughton explores the gap between perception and reality, and why relying on satisfaction scores alone can leave franchisors blind to the operational inconsistencies that quietly impact brand performance over time 👉 https://elitefranchisemagazine.com/sales-marketing/item/the-dangerous-disconnect-between-customer-feedback-and-franchise-reality
