Job Title: Full-Time Security Guard (Spanish Speaking – Mandatory)
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Full-Time Security Guards to join our team.. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to maintaining safety and delivering high-quality security services in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Perform routine security checks and report any suspicious activities or hazards.
• Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Manage access control, crowd control, and other security duties as required.
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to uphold security standards.
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (issued by the Ministry of the Solicitor General).
• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) – both verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in security or a related field is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
