The Quiet Panic of Aging and the Absolute Necessity of a "Plan B"
To anyone reading this who feels that familiar knot in their stomach every time they glance at their bank account: this message is for you.
Whether youāre stuck in the endless loop of living paycheck to paycheck in your 30s, or youāre in your 40s, 50s, or even 60s, watching retirement approach while knowing your debts and obligations wonāt let you stopāI see you.
Itās an exhausting, invisible weight to carry. Weāre taught to just work harder and everything will work out, but the reality is that the unexpectedāa health issue, a job loss, an unforeseen expenseādoesnāt care how hard we work.
Being close to retirement age and realizing you canāt afford to stop is terrified. But the truth we often ignore is that we need a Plan B. Relying on a single income stream is no longer a sustainable plan.
Itās too fragile.
This isnāt about get-rich-quick schemes; itās about vulnerability.
Building a Plan B means taking back control. It means creating a safety net or a second income that empowers you, not just to survive, but to have choices about your future. Itās the difference between working because you have to and working because you want to.
It is NEVER too late to start. The hardest part is recognizing that the old strategy isnāt working anymore.
Letās change that conversation and start building security that lasts.
Iām happy to mentor anyone who is serious to want to learn more about how easy it can be to startup a plan B.
