Our Founder and Consultant: Melanie McQueen
Melanie brings a positive and enthusiastic attitude to her work. She is passionate about helping others build their lifelong dream career. Using her background in Neuroscience and Psychology and recruitment and selection, she can best understand the individuals she is collaborating with to deliver results and support them in reaching their goals. She takes time to research individuals' needs and what motivates them in their careers to guarantee a good match is made. Melanie’s client-focused approach ensures she provides an excellent and engaging customer service experience.
Melanie is fluently bilingual (English and French). She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (BAS) in Neuroscience and Psychology and a Business Certificate specializing in Marketing from the University of Guelph.
