Construction Industry and business in general in last years has presented several risks due to complexity of Projects, tight budgets, limited time schedule, political situations, Health conditions (Pandemic COVID-19) & the nature of the stakeholders which reflects challenges to deliver the projects within Time & Cost.
In light of the above, Control systems became the core function for any company /business at all levels (Project Level & Corporate level) to eliminate / minimize risks, early alarming, allow for timely corrective actions to maintain & maximize company’s / business profit & interest.
Due to this NEED for these specific systems & after 20 years’ experience in controls in construction industry I introduced this Firm (The lord).
