2023 Cycle Toronto’s Audited Financial Statements reveal 75% of their revenue is sourced from taxpayer’s funds through the City of Toronto—- that’s $366,571 of total $484,470 revenues.

The City of Toronto’s Transportation Department uses “Cycle TO” to astroturf their bike lane agenda on arterial streets.
