Chapter 2: What started as a styling service became something so much bigger…
During the pandemic, we saw a shift. Women needed strong, confident images of themselves for a digital-first world. But we knew a headshot was more than just a photo—it was a statement, a reflection of personal style and brand.
So, we created Portraits With Impact: an elevated experience that combined expert styling, hair, makeup, and photography to capture women at their best. What we didn’t expect? How deeply it would resonate.
From executives to entrepreneurs, our clients weren’t just booking headshots - they were stepping into the next level of their success. Companies took notice, and we began hosting PWI for businesses. Our alumni wanted more, so we created intimate dinners to bring them together, giving them the opportunity to connect, network, and learn from each other. Then, we expanded into men’s portraits with Harry Rosen.
PWI proved what we already knew—style is just the starting point. And that realization brought us to our biggest evolution yet…
