👩‍⚕️Nurses are some of the most compassionate and dedicated individuals out there, constantly putting their patients' needs before their own. However, in doing so, they often forget to prioritize their own personal lives, including their families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

It's not uncommon for nurses to work long and often unpredictable hours, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Many nurses take on extra shifts or work overtime, leaving limited time to spend with loved ones. And even when they do have time off, they may be too exhausted or mentally drained to fully engage with family and friends.⏱🎡
