I’ve spent most of my career in project and program management, gaining exposure to nearly every function within organizations. Project management reveals the good, the bad, and the ugly in any company—a role that requires balancing multiple constraints, interacting with all levels, staying highly organized, and maintaining a network robust enough to solve nearly any problem. It’s one of the toughest jobs in the world, but also one of the most rewarding.
