Healing needed please send

Reposting this visualization. I think I should post this everyday for the next 2000 years. So many Earthlings in distress and Puerto Rico this week is in acute pain. Energy informs reality. Please give your attention (and donations. 💙Meditate on Earth healing. Here's what we can all do: If you're in a hurry just do this on the go. If you can take 4 minutes or more, sit still. Intention counts more than perfection. 🌏
1) Take 3 deep breaths.
2) Tap your heart center 3 times.
3) Imagine Earth to be the size of a tennis ball, hovering a foot or two in front of your heart. She's a lush and alive being.
4) Stream translucent white light from your heart to the globe. Intention: HEALING. Coming into BALANCE. GRATITUDE.
5) When this feels complete, take 3 deep breaths. 🌏
Four minutes is ideal. Longer is even better. You can do this multiple times during the day. Please. 💛
