- Record Suspensions: A record suspension is a helpful method for those looking to hide their criminal history from Canadian employers or institutions. This suspension will not delete the record but rather conceal it.

A valid U.S. Entry Waiver allows for unlimited use throughout its term. A Waiver comes with either a 1-year or 5-year term, entirely at the discretion of the ARO when they grant it. Once your Waiver is expired, you will have to renew it in order to enter the U.S.
