▪ Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g., SixSigma/Lean), strong communication, relationship-building, team facilitation, and analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools like PowerBI or Cognos.

Key Requirements:
▪ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and education.
▪ 2-5 years in a similar role, with expertise in .Net Framework/Core, C #, SQL Server, front-end frameworks (Vue, React), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. Experience with tools like Jira, Docker, GIT, RabbitMQ, DevOps, and Tableau, ETL processes, Python, and machine learning.
▪ Strong technical, communication, and project management skills, with attention to detail, a self-starter mindset, and experience in database marketing and storytelling. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
