Christmas time donation?...This was sent to me by one of its staff members: "I know I dont often reach out but with the holidays coming up, perhaps some of you want to make charitable donations to organizations. One organization I would like you to consider would be Toronto Animal Services. (Skip to bottom of email if you dont want to read my Ted Talk).limited to what we can provide for the animals and some days its the basic necessities that are done and barely any enrichment is given.

Although we appreciate any donation someone makes, a lot of the time what people give us is actually not that usable or just in abundance of things we don't need. Since I work closely with the dogs, I know what specific items are needed for these dogs and that is why I am asking that if anyone would like to participate, monetary donation would be great as I can then go and purchase the specific items that would be useful (I can get donation receipts for you). If you would prefer going to the stores and picking out items yourself, I can compose a list or take pictures of the items that are beneficial in our shelter.
I know sometimes people like to give to charity around this time, so if you were planning on it, perhaps consider Toronto Animal Services. Let me know if you have any questions. Also! Require an able and diligent person to provide part-time maintenance and assistant superintendent duties on a mixture of commercial and residential properties located in Central and East side of Hamilton. The suitable person must be a handy person willing and able to handle various tenancy issues and situations and perform minor repairs. Direct interaction with existing tenants will be required. Will also be required to write up reports. The ideal candidate must be willing to assist in complying with the Rules of Civil Procedure and to review applicable sections of the Acts and laws dealing with mortgages, contracts, consumer protection, business practices, banking, condominium, and to conduct searches of court rulings in cases applicable to similar defence and counterclaim actions. I am a self-litigant looking for an energetic individual having experience or knowledge or can be a quick learner of legal processes in a mortgage/real estate litigation matter. Helpful skills include typing, computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft word, composing pdf files, emails, and internet searches.
Duties would include research locating statutes, case law, legislation, and legal articles. I envision no less than 2 hours a day, and more hours in March and April, in assisting me towards preparing a sound discovery examination. You must understand or quickly learn Court and Discovery Examination process in Ontario, Most work may be accomplished over the phone and internet with some personal attendances. I will pay on an hourly or weekly basis.

Hello. I need a handy person to do a number of small bits of repairs and renovations in about two or three small properties in East Hamilton. The work includes everything from installing a new shower, kitchen updates, some plumbing work, some minor electrical work; it also includes drywall patching, some minor drywall insulation, some minor carpentry, some floor repairs; small and large areas of ceilings to be re-stucco'd and walls to be painted. I need a person who can do pretty well all repairs and improvements in commercial units and in residential units. if you can quote firm costs on your fees and services, and pick up material/supplies or have them delivered, and your charges are both reasonable yet efficient, diligent and prompt, I would like to meet you and go over the work and I need you to start as of immediate.
