Hello👋

It's been a while since I re introduced myself. I also see some new faces so I wanted to say hi and thank you for supporting my passion for baking!🎂

My name is Helia, I'm a mom to two beautiful girls 💕
I have a full time job and a life that has me running around multitasking absolutely everything these days.

I'm sure you all can relate!

I'm so blessed to be able to bake on the side and create beautiful, delicious cakes and treats🎂

I started baking about 7 years ago while on mat leave with my youngest daughter and I discovered a whole new world! 🥰

Baking has brought me so much joy and has taught me so many things along the way.

I definitely didn't learn without trial and error because if I didn't fail then I haven't succeeded!

I put so much LOVE into everything I bake that love has become one of my ingredients listed.❤️

My passion for baking definitely hasn't always been rainbows 🌈
With the late nights and very early mornings it can be a challenge but life's greatest rewards isn't given away you have to work for it and grab it. 💪

I can't give myself all the credit when it comes to baking.
I absolutely couldn't do this without the grace and favour of God's blessings upon my life.
He has shown me that anything is possible 🙏

Being a self taught Baker has definitely had me laughing so hard my kids think I'm crazy 😂 being in tears because I finally finished baking my last cake only to have it fall on the floor and blow up right before my eyes 😭

Having to clean it all up and start again has taught me that life sometimes has ups and downs and sometimes the downs are literally DOWN ⬇️ on your kitchen floor.

But it's doesn't compare to all the ups I've had!
Like watching the faces of my customers light up with delight because they can't wait to show their loved ones the cake they got them!!

That's exactly why I do what I do! 🤗

And of course I wouldn't be here without all of YOU!!
