As a New Music Weekly winner for ‘New Artist of the Year’ Top 40 category, sitting on ballots alongside Billie Eilish, Shawn Mendes, and Lewis Capaldi on 3 categories (‘Artist of the Year’ (AC and Top 40), and ‘Single of the Year’) she’s consistently carving out a place for herself in the industry.

Human Resources processes and policies on their own are rarely sufficient to create the environment required to support culture change. This is not to say they aren’t important or relevant. They are. A lack of alignment between “the system” and desired behaviors is one of the most common obstacles to culture change. Systems, processes and policies (“the system”) are the guidelines and integrated methods and procedures that define how work is to be performed and people are expected to behave.
