Master G Meets Master P! 😀❤️

One of the five fundamentals of wealth creation that I teach my students is the importance of generating passive income.

Real estate and index exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are two potential sources of passive income which you must do, but in my opinion, one of the best ways to build wealth is through business ownership.

Many of my students who have joined the National Academy of Osteopathy's Million Dollar Osteopathy Clinics Club own successful businesses that generate income without requiring their constant involvement.

This week, I had the pleasure of welcoming Master Anthony Garcia, a world-famous Muay Thai martial arts instructor from New York, to our beautiful waterfront campus in Bonita Springs, Florida!

Master G is currently studying manual osteopathy, naturopathic medicine, and indigenous medicine at National University of Medical Sciences (USA). He is attending the practical technique classes of National Academy of Osteopathy this week.

In addition to his martial arts career, Master G is a successful entrepreneur. He owns Cronoa Labz (thanks Master G for the gifts), a peptide company, supplying peptides to pharmacies and the public (for research purposes), as well as a successful Muay Thai gym. He is now preparing to expand his businesses by offering a range of healthcare services.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of educating numerous world-class, national, and Olympic-level martial artists and athletes, including UFC fighters!

It is truly an honor to welcome this martial arts legend to our campus, and I am humbled that he calls me "Master P"!

I actually practiced Taekwondo for eight years during my teenage years and even won a bronze medal. Unfortunately, a left knee injury ended my Taekwondo journey. How I wish I had known a manual osteopath back then!

One of the reasons I love teaching business management alongside manual osteopathy is that I want our graduates to achieve not only clinical excellence but also financial independence.

My philosophy is simple:
You become financially independent when your passive income is sufficient to support your lifestyle without relying on your active work. And when your passive income exceeds your active income, you have reached another important milestone on the road to wealth creation! That is the kind of success I want for every one of my students!

$300 Per Hour, Cash Payments, and a 7,000-Square-Foot Clinic in a Small Town!

One of the most important lessons I teach my students in business management is to build a practice where at least 50% of patients pay directly for their treatments rather than relying on insurance coverage.

Why? Because depending too heavily on insurance can limit your income and your patients' access to ongoing care. Many insurance plans provide only around $500 annually for osteopathic treatments, which may cover just three sessions. Patients with chronic pain, however, often require considerably more treatments.
I am proud to have many graduates who have built highly successful cash-based practices.

One excellent example is Fahad Sofi, a graduate of National Academy of Osteopathy (NAO), who practices in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, a small town with a population of approximately 9,500 people!

Despite practicing in such a small community, Fahad operates an impressive 7,000-square-foot clinic and charges $300 per hour for his manual osteopathic treatments, entirely on a cash basis! He does not accept insurance for his own treatments, although other healthcare professionals working at his clinic do.

Fahad graduated from NAO in February 2026 and already completed our practical technique classes in Toronto, Canada. Yet he has returned to attend the same classes again this week at our beautiful waterfront campus in Bonita Springs, Florida. And I suspect one of his main reasons for returning is to see me! 😀

This is exactly why I love teaching business management alongside manual osteopathy!

I don't want our graduates to simply become excellent manual osteopaths. I want them to become successful entrepreneurs, build profitable clinics, achieve financial independence, and enjoy the freedom that comes with running a thriving practice.

Fahad's success demonstrates that you don't necessarily need to practice in a large city to build a successful clinic. With the right education, clinical skills, marketing, and business strategy, even a small town can offer tremendous opportunities!

Every year, approximately 20 to 30 medical doctors choose to study manual osteopathy with us!

One of them is Dr. Oliver Weichold, MD, a medical doctor from Germany, who is attending this week’s practical osteopathic technique classes at the beautiful waterfront campus of National Academy of Osteopathy (NAO) in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Dr. Weichold is currently studying manual osteopathy at National University of Medical Sciences (NUMSS) and plans to incorporate manual osteopathic techniques into his practice in Germany.

This week, we are delighted to welcome students and osteopathic practitioners from Germany, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States!

What makes this class even more special is that three of our students enjoyed our teaching so much that they decided to take the same course again! That is one of the greatest compliments any educator can receive.

We are proud that our unique approach to osteopathic education continues to attract healthcare professionals from around the world.

We love our students, and nothing makes us happier than seeing their enthusiasm for learning and advancing their professional skills!

We are honored that so many manual osteopaths who graduated from other schools choose to continue their education with us to expand their knowledge of osteopathic chronic pain management, business management, and the research-based, mechanical approach to the Canadian style osteopathy that we teach.

This year alone, over 100 manual osteopaths have joined us to further their education!

Among them is Dr. Neil Ryan from the United Kingdom, who has been registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) since 2011. Dr. Ryan is currently pursuing his PhD in Osteopathic Clinical Rehabilitation at National University of Medical Sciences (Spain). He travelled all the way from the UK to attend the weeklong practical training program at the beautiful waterfront campus of National Academy of Osteopathy in Bonita Springs, Florida!

We truly are the United Nations of Osteopathy!

Our current Florida class brings together healthcare professionals from around the world, including a medical doctor from Germany, an osteopath from the United Kingdom, manual osteopaths from Canada, and massage therapists from the United States.

It is wonderful to see professionals from different countries, educational backgrounds, and healthcare disciplines coming together with one common goal: to advance their knowledge and skills in manual osteopathy.

New CRMO Board Examination Scheduling Policy

Dear Applicants,

To make the board examination process easier, faster, and more convenient for everyone, the College of Registered Manual Osteopaths (CRMO) has introduced a new examination scheduling policy.

Previously, applicants selected their preferred examination dates and waited for CRMO to review and confirm them individually. As this process was quite time-consuming, CRMO will now offer pre-scheduled examination dates, generally twice per month.

This new system will simplify registration, reduce administrative delays, and make the process more efficient for everyone.

Important: If you have already received confirmation of your examination date from CRMO, please disregard this announcement. Your examination will proceed on your previously confirmed date.

For all other applicants who have not yet scheduled their examinations, please select one of the following available dates:

📘 “Guide to Insurance Billing and TELUS eClaims Management for Registered Manual Osteopaths”

This guide is being developed to help CRMO members better understand insurance billing procedures, manage TELUS eClaims, submit claims correctly, and avoid common billing errors.

It will provide practical, step-by-step guidance on insurance billing best practices, documentation requirements, claims management, and important policies affecting Registered Manual Osteopaths.

CRMO goal is to make insurance billing easier, more efficient, and less stressful for our members while helping them maintain professional standards.

Once completed, the guide will be emailed to all CRMO members.

This is another initiative by CRMO to support members, strengthen our profession, and help Registered Manual Osteopaths succeed in their practices.
