Last summer, we welcomed a student to the A+I team, and it was a very positive experience. This summer, we decided to welcome our first-ever high school student, Ricardo, from Lester B. Pearson High School.

And we didn't just put him behind a desk. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ricardo jumped into real A+I projects โ€” helping develop training modules, researching mining operations across Ontario and Quebec, supporting our marketing and LinkedIn activities, and helping organize our case study database.

Along the way, he got a taste of consulting, research, marketing, communications and what itโ€™s actually like to be part of a professional team.

We believe students don't need to have it all figured out. They just need a chance to explore, contribute, learn and discover what they're capable of.
