IRCC Investigating Fraudulent Study Permit and PR Applications Linked to Fake Degrees and Work Experience
Canada's Immigration Department (IRCC) is reportedly investigating fraudulent educational credentials and fake work experience used in study permit and permanent residence applications dating back to 2020.
Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs) and misrepresentation investigation reports have already been issued to some applicants and permanent residents. Cases under review reportedly involve questionable educational institutions, fraudulent employment records, fake reference letters, and fabricated pay stubs.
Individuals found to have misrepresented information may face serious consequences, including application refusals, loss of permanent resident status, and removal from Canada.
This is an important reminder to avoid unauthorized agents, subagents, and unethical consultants who promise immigration approvals through fraudulent means. Always ensure that all information and documents submitted to IRCC are genuine and accurate.
π¨ Don't risk your future in Canada.
β οΈ Have you received a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) or request from IRCC regarding your application?
