So stoked to create a new logo for , my fave food truck offering one of the best fried chicken sammy’s in the 6ix!

Keeping with distinctive style elements of the brand, a hand denoting the fine/okay sign doubles as a 6, sprinkling spices with stylized graffiti lettering semi-bordered with fine lines.

Along with their truck being back up and running now for the spring and summer season, doing shows like the OOAK and Home Show centre, be sure to also check out their new location at 📍300 Richmond St. W. right across from Scotiabank cinema.

This rebranding and logo redesign was in anticipation of Jian Bing Club’s 2nd location. Main theme and colour scheme were inspired by the client’s desire for imagery reminiscent of Beijing, China to reflect the Beijing style Jian Bing’s that they specialize in. Featuring auspicious red and Forbidden City motif over top of the restaurant name with a clean and uniform grid-like treatment. A hint of the traditional meeting modernity with rounded sans serif font. Border enclosure presented within the motif denoting an establishment authentically Chinese.

[Logo design] For Mr. Dim Sum Mr. Dim Sum Local Toronto food blogger and dim sum afficionado. Brand-consistent design using the concept of stacked bamboo steamers for the name. A stylized illustrated face is used to highlight personality with a mirrored angle of the left brow and tilted steamer lid which symbolizes the revealing of food and culture as the function of the blogger.
