A strong example of community care in action: the Champagne Centre, in partnership with CAMH & LOFT, is bringing 40 transitional care beds to North York. Proud to see the DUKE Heights BIA community supporting health, wellness & inclusion.

A partnership between CAMH and LOFT Community Services is transforming approximately 20,000-square-feet of Champagne Centre into a permanent transitional-care environment, with 40 beds for patients who no longer require acute hospital care but are not yet ready to return home.

Another successful edition of DUKE Heights Busker Beats! 🎶🍦

Thanks to all BIA members and their employees who stopped by 2 Champagne Drive today to enjoy incredible live music, cool off with free ice cream, and celebrate our amazing area.

It was wonderful connecting with the community and showcasing how the DUKE Heights BIA continues to bring energy and vibrancy to our streets through public art, streetscape improvements, and engaging local events. 🎨✨

A special shoutout to Champagne Centre Management for providing the venue, Vital Link for the ice cream, and Mr. Memo Bakery for supplying those delicious cookies! 🍪
