I'm thrilled to be co-facilitating the Wellbeing Reset Program with Clear Concept Inc.
Anxiety often spikes when things feel unpredictable or overwhelming, and we spiral into thinking through all the possible "what if" scenarios.
And there has been no shortage of those kinds of scenarios over the last year and a half.
To minimize these feelings, it helps to focus on what we CAN control, and adopt positive wellbeing habits. Need some inspiration for where to start?
A daily gratitude practice has been shown to significantly increase happiness — and health. By taking the focus away from yourself and showing appreciation for how others add to your life, gratitude strengthens our relationships and simply makes us feel better. We are also more likely to exercise self-care practices because we are energized by our abundance mindset.
Find ways to spend more time thinking about what you appreciate, and your body (and mind) will benefit from your more relaxed, peaceful state of being. 🌿🍃
