From our head office & 20,000 square foot auction & storage warehouse and a 20,000 square foot storage yard, located in the heart of Toronto's industrial core, and through affiliate offices in Montreal & Vancouver, we conduct roughly 30 - 40 major industrial auctions and/or liquidation sales each year. Sales are conducted on location, or removed to suitable facilities, depending on individual circumstances & landlord allowances. Our extremely dedicated, professional staff provides you with over 60 years of combined experience, specializing in the orderly sale & removal of industrial assets. Our affiliate offices include professional auctioneers and appraisers who have been practicing for over 40 years, and our new generation of appraisers and liquidation specialists utilize this experience, along with newer, ultra modern techniques and tools, to provide our clients with the most current and up to date information possible. These techniques include customized appraisal and auction software, target fax and email marketing, detailed web searches, and digital pictures incorporated into our reports, allowing our clients to see the products without actually having to visit remote premises. Fee structures include, Straight Commission Sales, Net Minimum Guarantee, or Outright Purchases, each format individually tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our auction revenues consistently surpass expectations, due mainly to the fact that we clean, test, and operate as much machinery or equipment as possible prior to sale, in order to eliminate the middle man, and reach our main objective, the end user.
